yes, aching muscles. aching thigh muscles to be specific. went night jogging with da jie yesterday. played tennis with geri, michelle, mak, jolene, teh, ariel and amelia at geri's place today. after yesterday's jogging session, my legs were so weak. like, no energy. was much better this morning. then played tennis. was fun. nearly hit mak once. and hardly sat down. so now, my legs are aching like mad.
so basically, i got a lift from teh's granddad. thanks! and i showered quickly to catch the program we all have to watch for e-learning. a chinese channel u program. couldn't be bothered to listen so i was suffering. and we have to complete this worksheet on it. torture.
e-learning is so boring! -sigh-
well, on the bright side, it's only my legs that are aching and not my arms. and may i state that i probably did more than 2 km yesterday night and i didn't stretch first. cuz i didn't have the chance to. so run one round then kena stitch. but i still mian qiang jog. managed to get rid of most of it later. and may i state that it was 2 stitches! TWO! luckily i had my ipod with me =)
tennis was great =) partnered geri against michelle and jolene first. then mak took over jolene. then partnered michelle against geri and mak. then geri went to play with amelia and ariel so jolene took over. then teh was our referee. a very STONE referee. then partnered teh against mak and jolene. confusing? yes? anw, we ended up rallying. left at abt 7.30. although we were suppose to leave at 7. heck care lar.
anyone knows a way to sooth aching muscles? tell me pls!
